Webint Expert builds web intelligence and data fusion software: collection across the open, deep, and dark web, entity resolution across everything an agency already holds, and the analysis and case tooling that turns it into something a prosecutor can use.

The problem we set out to fix is structural. Collection and analysis are usually bought separately, so provenance is lost at every hand-off and the analyst spends more time reconciling tools than working the case. We put both on one entity model.

The second constraint shaped everything else: most of the agencies that need this cannot send their data to a vendor cloud, and should not be asked to. Air-gapped and on-premises are the primary deployment targets, not an enterprise-tier concession.
